Asian Metric Series
No Flange
N (U, UU)
The most commonly used cylindrical precision ball bushing. This is the most widespread metric series in Japan, available in “P” and “SP” grade precision. The ball retainer is steel and heat-resistant up to 150°C with no seal.
N-V (U, UU)
The most commonly used cylindrical precision ball bushing. The ball retainer is made of synthetic resin.
N-VAJ (U, UU)
A clearance adjustment slit down the side of the ball bushing, combined with housing of an adjustable outer diameter, facilitates adjustment to the amount of space between shaft and ball bushing.
N-VOP (U, UU)
The same as the N-V model except with one circuit of steel balls removed. Configured for use when the shaft is held in place by a support rail.
N-VM (U, UU)
This medium-length ball bushing (between standard and double length) may be selected for a particular installation space, load capacity or other usage specification. Track length is maximized and load capacity increased employing a single ball retainer.
NL-V (U, UU)
Double the length of a standard ball bushing. This product has two retainers and is therefore suitable when anticipating moment loads.

NFED-VUU
This single-type flanged ball bushing has a single synthetic resin retainer and a square flange at one end of the outer sleeve. Electroless nickel plating is applied as standard to the outer surface.
NFEO-VUU
This single-type flanged ball bushing has a single synthetic resin retainer built into the flange-integrated outer sleeve. The circular flange is located at one end of the outer sleeve. Electroless nickel plating is applied as standard to the outer surface.
NFIS-VUU
This ball bushing is shaped so the end of its sleeve can be used as an inlay. It has a square flange and a single synthetic resin retainer. Electroless nickel plating is applied as standard to the outer surface.
NFID-VUU

The SB model with one ball circuit removed. Configured for use when the shaft is held in place by a support to prevent deflection. Spacing is adjustable as with the SB model.
CB (U, UU)
