Journal
SJ
Standard journal assembly with short mounting studs. Rollers are protected by a metal shield, achieving high dust resistance. A neoprene seal is also available as an option. Journals come in two variations – concentric (fixed), where the mounting stud is aligned with the axis of rotation, and eccentric – allowing preload adjustments at the user’s discretion.
LJ
Standard journal assembly with long mounting studs. Rollers are protected by a metal shield, achieving high dust resistance. A neoprene seal is also available as an option. Journals come in two variations – concentric (fixed), where the mounting stud is aligned with the axis of rotation, and eccentric – allowing preload adjustments at the user’s discretion.
BHJ
Standard journal assembly with a relief machined into the mounting stud to enable direct screwing into a tapped hole. Eccentric types come in a set with a mount.

Slideways
Slideways available in one-piece lengths of up to 4020mm. Induction hardening has been performed on V edges, but additional processing is possible as hardening is not applied to center sections. Three precision levels are available for varying cost performance. There are various methods for installing slideways, but side datum faces are normally used. Use of positioning grooves along the base with dowel pins is another option for when side datum faces cannot be used.
option
Cap seals
Designed to entirely cover individual journals for enhanced dust resistance. Felt wipers located where contact is made with the slideway enable direct lubrication via grease holes at the rear of the cap seal. For best results, lubrication should be performed every six months or after every 100km of travel.
Lubricators
Equipped with felt wipers that make contact with V edges of rails, these lubrication accessories coat the track with oil as they move along, significantly increasing a system’s load capacity and life expectancy. Direct lubrication is possible via the grease hole at the rear of the lubricator. For best results, lubrication should be performed every six months or after every 100km of travel.
Carriage Plates
Can be used with SJ-type journals and ground rails. Carriage plates are designed to be flat after mounting of journals. Holes for attaching cap seals are also included as standard. When using non-ground rails, please use journals with high eccentricity as preload adjustments might not be possible with journals of normal eccentricity.
SL2
journal
SS-SJ
Standard stainless steel (SUS440C equivalent) journal assembly with short mounting studs. Rollers are protected by a nitrile rubber seal, achieving high dust resistance. Journals come in two variations – concentric (fixed), where the mounting stud is aligned with the axis of rotation, and eccentric – allowing preload adjustments at the user’s discretion.

PRT2 Ring and Track system
rail
Ring systems
Available with a broad range of outer diameters between 105mm and 1100mm. All surfaces are ground and V edges have been hardened. Gear cut options are also available for ease of driving. Gear sections are not hardened. Ring sections are available in standard segments – 360°,180° and 90° – or can be cut to a desired size.
Track systems
Straight rails and ring segments can be flexibly combined to create any design. All rails are precision ground for flowing movement.
unit
FCP
Unit products consisting of carriage plate, journals and lubricators. The units can be used in ring systems, as well as track systems with curves in only one direction. Preload adjustments are performed prior to shipping, allowing installation immediately on delivery.
Bogie carriages
Designed so journal mounts swivel independently, bogie carriages can be used in track systems with S curves and curves of varying radii. Preload adjustments are performed prior to shipping, allowing installation immediately on delivery. Please note, options such as cap seals and lubricators cannot be attached to bogie carriages.
